Top-Gem Minerals sells wholesale only.
We have created a website so that our customers
can view most of the types of materials we offer.
It would be impossible to list and have photographs of all our merchandise.
The website will give our customers a good idea of what we currently have available.
We sell by the piece, by the flat and by the pound.
Prices on the individually priced pieces is retail - keystone discount applies.
 
When we select items to fill your order,
we will select the best available material in your price range
 Items will be selected on the basis of freedom from damage,
aesthetic presentation, color and clarity.
 
We have categorized our inventory into a few general groups, as follows:
 
– MINERALS –
Crystallized mineral specimens priced and sold by the flat or by the piece.
Flat prices are net.
 
– FOSSILS –
Fossils priced and sold by the flat or by the piece; flat prices are net.
 
– BULK MATERIALS –
Priced and sold by the flat or by the pound, priced net.
 
– POLISHED GOODS –
A small selection of selected polished goods, priced and sold by the piece,
flat or pound.
 
 – BOXES –
We sell mineral stock boxes (flats) and fold-up specimen boxes,
which are priced and sold according to the price sheet
available in our BOX area of the website.

Please include a telephone and/or fax number so that we can contact you
to give pricing and availability of the goods that are of interest.
 
We will finalize your order together, discussing shipping and payment methods,
give an anticipated ship date and proceed to fulfill your order.
 
Top-Gem has years of experience in packing and shipping.
Your order will be packed to the best of our ability and shipped
via one of our many contract carriers, which include:

All goods are sold FOB Tucson and are generally shipped
freight collect other than the US ground shipments.
 
All of our orders are guaranteed to be to your satisfaction.
If you receive goods that you wish to return,
please first contact Top-Gem for a return authorization.
The returned goods must arrive at the Top-Gem warehouse
in a saleable condition so good packing is required.
Goods that arrive damaged will not be exchanged nor will a credit be issued.
There are no cash refunds – only a credit for goods on your next order.
